KSeF becomes mandatory in two phases:
• 1 February 2026 — companies with 2024 turnover above 200M PLN (VAT included)
• 1 April 2026 — all other taxpayers
Until 31 December 2026, invoices outside KSeF are allowed only if monthly sales documented with such invoices stay below 10,000 PLN (VAT included).
Yes. The legal form is irrelevant. Every taxpayer who must issue invoices is included, unless monthly sales remain below 10,000 PLN until the end of 2026.
